After doing a Wildlife Conservation degree in Bristol, Helen moved back to London and decided to choose a career path following her biggest passion: reading. Helen started at The Alligator's Mouth with a weekend job, where her brilliance and enthuasiasm was quickly revealed. With particular expertise in Early Reading, Young Adult Fiction and fantasy, Helen became a full-time manager at the shop for many years. Helen now lives in Bristol, but continues to be our ever-brilliant Alligator's Mouth Award Co-Ordinator, working closely with The Bright Agency team. Helen has also been crowned queen of co-ordinating the rest of the gators, with spreadsheets (and biscuit instructions) that keep us all in place here at the shop! She is a long-time Taylor Swift fan, and in her spare time she enjoys singing and working on beautiful embroidery projects.
