Myths Workshop with Thiago de Moraes

We are thrilled to be welcoming Thiago de Moraes back to the shop! Thiago is the author and illustrator of A Mummy Ate My Homework, Let Sleeping Gods Lie, Mighty Myths and more. Thiago will be joining us to celebrate the publication of his latest book, Welcome to the School of Gods. This falls in line with the brilliant Richmond Myths Festival, which will be taking place over the whole weekend (17th-19th July) to celebrate all-things-myths.

On Sunday 19th July, Thiago will be visiting us for an afternoon of activities. You can either join us for a ticketed workshop (2:00-3:00pm), or pop in for an open book signing and chat with Thiago about myths (3:00-4:00pm). Please find further details and tickets below.

Join the award-winning author and comic book artist Thiago de Moraes for an action-packed hour of myths, monsters, mayhem, and live drawing, inspired by his hilarious new children's book, Welcome to the School of Gods. This event is ideal for ages 7+ and your ticket includes a copy of the book, which Thiago will be able to sign for you.

3:00-4:00pm: Drop in book signing & chat about myths

Pop into the shop any time from 3:00-4:00pm to meet Thiago de Moraes at an open signing. Thiago will be signing books, sketching fantasy creatures and chatting all things mythological - so pop by and join the fun! We will have plenty of Thiago's books available for purchase on the day. Please do not bring additional books from home, in order to support us, thank you.
