Axel Scheffler Book Signing

Axel is an illustrator of many well-loved picturebooks, including favourites written by Julia Donaldson (Tabby McTat will be the animated special this Christmas) and the Pip and Posy series. He is also a local friend and supporter of the Alligator's Mouth.

Axel will be here on Thursday 30th November 4-5:30pm, meeting customers and signing books. We have Axel's books available to reserve in advance of the event: reserve in the shop, over the phone 02089486775 or by buying through our website Shop page and leaving a note or by contacting the shop.

Please note:

• We and Axel appreciate it if you buy at least one book you are having signed from The Alligator’s Mouth
• Small board books can be a little awkward to sign; we recommend paperback or hardback books
• Hardbacks are ideal for longevity although not all Axel's books are still available in hardback format; please enquire if there is a special book you'd like us to reserve for you in hardback
