Yours Sincerely, Giraffe
"Dear You, Whoever You Are, Who Lives on the Other Side of the Horizon,
I am Giraffe. I live in Africa. I'm famous for my long neck. Please tell me all about yourself.
Yours sincerely,
Giraffe."
One day, out on the African savanna, a giraffe is going about his day to day life, and he is bored. Now you have to understand, Giraffe isn't bored because he hasn't got anything to do. No, no; this is much more serious a matter. He is bored because he is lonely.
In his boredom, Giraffe begins to wonder who (or what) lives beyond the horizon, and so he does the only logical thing that there is to do: he writes a letter. He gives his letter to Pelican (of the Pelican Delivery Service), with strict instructions to give it to the first animal he finds beyond the horizon.
